I had this pictured planned from a long time ago, but I managed to finish it recently.This was seriously my favorite show as a kid, I loved so much how this show could be so funny and yet so touching(and freaking scary) at the same timeΒ
the freaking moon spirt thing was the most scary thing of my childhood

Haven't seen that show in years! I love the style you've drawn Courage in, it took me a few seconds to realise just why I felt I recognised him! He's so cute here, must be the eyes!

The moon spirit? Was the the one where the zombie ghost thing sent locusts and other plagues or was that the one about the four gladiator zombies who came and chopped of their heads when the windmill stopped spinning?

Yeah, I ended up looking it up after I asked. That one, I thought was funny. I thought it was great that the moon spirit and muriel were ganging up on eustace.. The two I mentioned were the ones that scared me the most. The ghost of Ramsees gave me nightmares for days and the 4 windmill zombies made me scared to go to sleep for about a week.Β

So even as a tiny puppy Courage was still worried about the little things, literally. He is so freakin' cute that I didn't recognize him until I started to put the text together, mainly because he's actually so beautiful in your style. Let's hope it's a friendly snail, or as I'm guessing one that's not looking for any trouble.
