I love how you used MSPaint, I love seeing pixel art, because it does work 
Good idea with the dark background, it suits teh theam of Portal 2, and it makes her glowing eye stand out, especially on top of all that blue

i love the roughness of the work, vary different from all the Portal 2 art Ive seen. (gives this tired old view some new light)
also all i can think of is that in a world of super computers, MSPaint is still around to document their rise.
