true enough unfortunatly until we see some more epicness out of the earth and pegasus ponies(apart from rainbow dash)the unicorns are gonna be a bit over powered, i mean hell Rarity might not have an inside out spell but i'd hate to have several pairs of sharp scissors and pins flying straight at me at high speeds.

True, regarding the other races. The only way the earth ponies and the pegasi are ever made awesome in a fanfic is by handicapping the unicorns, or giving them, you guessed it, magic. Well, maybe not the only way, but still... Rainbow Dash throwing lightning fics <3

In the fics i read the Uni's are the powerful and nobler member of the ponies, while the Pegasus and the Earth are more used as the grunts and air force... that being said, i think that the uni's are abit... op....
