Critique
Overall, this is pretty nicely done. Just looking at this, I don't find much to say other than to improve some shading technique and the like. Instead, I'll actually take what I've seen with your other works to compare with this one. In most of your other works, your lines are exquisitely drawn out, and I personally love them. In this one, I feel like your lines lack a bit of that. I think the thing I'm most concerned about is the shading, actually.
The mouse itself feels like it's missing its shape, and it really seems to give off the feel of a two-dimensional drawing. The places I'd most like to see shaded are the areas beneath his throat and on his underside. I also notice that the mouse's hind paw is a bit flawedγΌit doesn't have claws. I actually don't know whether this was intentional or not, and I don't really think its a terribly bad issue that absolutely needs attention, but I think the fur lines were a bit overdone (excuse me if this was intentional).
For the record, I really don't have much to say about this piece. Really, this is wonderful and there's a lot of talent here.

Thank you! With this rat, I was trying to go for a softer effect than I usually do. I didn't see any claws on the back hands so I didn't draw them. I was thinking about blurring the fur lines in the back, so it focused more on the head, but I wasn't quite sure if it'd work.

This is utterly amazing work. You have done the little paws so well, I really love the eyes and faceΒ too! The wee little ears are just so cute. It is really excellent!

Critique-
Β Β First I must say that this is an amazing piece with great value and overall effect. Your shading well applied but is needed in the throat to chest area as well as the paws. Shading under the body is scribbly and takes away from the realism of the peice. The right paw's second finger blends with the third and makes it appear awkward for lack of a better word. Prevent overlapping straight lines like this in the future. The tiny claws are admirable and well done. I see there is a bit on the tail where you incorporated the scale-like factor on the tail. Great job in doing so and keeping the tail from being perfectly curved.Β The posture is well drawn and clearly defines a signature pose of rats. I find hair very tricky but you managed to pull off the texture and appearance without seeming like scribbles. I love the ears, eyes, and nose. Near flawless definition however I feel like the snout is too rounded. Whiskers were well placed and well lengthened providing a natural contrast. Overall very striking and impressive
