nighmare moons eyes are the same color as lunas (just a different style)
so i did the same with solar flares and celestias :3

anywhere from 100$ to 600$+ dollars. but if you're looking for a way to draw with a mouse, i would recommend looking into a vector drawing program like inkscape (which is free) of illustrator (which is not)
