Excellent series thus far! As I like all of these a lot, I will provide some feedback for each:
I really like Rainbow Sloth's expression here. It says, "I wanna open up a can of whoopflank on you buckheads, but... that would involve me getting off of this cloud, so... consider yourself lucky"... or something like that.

Celestia will actually be Molestia, who'll be Lust.
Spike will be Greed.
Snails will be Sloth.
Nightmare Moon will be Envy.
Gilda is Wrath.
Trixie is Pride.
And Discord is the first Homunculus, who creates all the others, needing a new Philosopher's Stone to keep his chaotic body from being destroyed by its own disruptive power.
