So cool and BELIEVABLE. That's what I like. The nightmare versions of these characters COULD exist IF something happens to them where some event traumatized them to the point where they questioned who they were inside and started going down a darker path after their faith in who they were shattered. Like for example, someone brought up the idea that with Cadence being the princess/goddess of love, what if say Shining Armor broke up with Cadence for some unforseen reason? Maybe Cadence in her grief will start losing faith in love and start believing that the love they had for each other was maybe infatuation (or in your case lust) and this triggers her Nightmare transformation. Seems too deep for a kids show huh? Who knows. Perhaps the writers could take a chance on this and make it happen. I'd be impressed if they do.
