CV: Lorlen - Through the StormThe storm was still raging on. The falling snow turned everything white. The ground, the sky and everything in between. Avril and Melody were on their way back into the forest where the rest of their herd was waiting for them. But the strong wind made this task very difficult. Both mares were fighting against it, especially when it turned direction. It wasn't sure anymore if they were on the right path at all. But they wouldn't give up that easily. They fought their way through the storm as best as they could.
Suddenly a scream echoed through the storm. "Help!" Avril turned around to find the younger mare stuck in the snow. Something under the snow was not strong enough to carry a horse and the champagne female had made a wrong step. Both of her hind legs had disappeared in the white mass. Her eyes were filled with fear and she tried her best to get out again. But the snow was too heavy and was pressing against her from all sides.
