Several years ago, Ganon was slain by Link. Now, several years later, his minions are out to kill the hero and resurrect their master. Warning, if you're not careful when playing Zelda II and you lose all your lives, Ganon will be resurrected and probably go on to terrorize all of Hyrule and achieve total domination over the world itself.
