It is said that the Red Skull is just as terrifying as Hitler while Adolf Hitler still goes down in history as the worst dictator of all time. However, if you combine these two villains, you get something scarier.

During the chaos of World War II, Hydra experimented with biological technology and cloning as they sought domination over the world. At one point, their agents were able to get their hands on a strand of Adolf Hitler's DNA and conducted an experiment by mixing it with the DNA of Red Skull while using a sample of Super Soldier Serum, this began the process of creating the ultimate warrior and future leader for Hydra. The operation took many long months, but in the end, Hydra had created the ultimate being -Red Skull Hitler.

However, by the time Red Skull Hitler had been created, World War II had ended, Adolf Hitler had committed suicide and the real Red Skull had been beaten by Captain America. For the next many decades, Red Skull Hitler took command of Hydra and began running their operations in the shadows, undetected by the governments responsible for Nazi Germany's defeat. However, it is only a matter of time before Red Skull Hitler will reveal himself to Hydra's enemies...
