Not trying to be R-rated, yo, but this was from a PG-rated Japanese Godzilla movie. Godzilla, Mothra and King Ghidorah: Giant Monsters All-Out Attack, to be precise.

In another timeline, after Godzilla was destroyed in 1954 by the Oxygen Destroyer, the restless and vengeful spirits of the American soldiers of World War II possessed and reanimated the King of the Monsters' corpse, allowing Godzilla to wreck havoc upon Japan once more. Godzilla's rampage wasn't unopposed as Mothra, Barragon and King Ghidorah aided Japan and its military in fighting off the monster and it was a lone Japanese soldier aboard a submarine that dealt the blow with a missile that decimated Godzilla. However, the beast's heart survived, beating on the ocean floor.

One day, this version of Godzilla may resurface in a new body.
