IT'S TIME!!! i've had this planned for quite a bit, but had a bunch on my list i wanted to do beforehand! HOWEVER that's all taken care of so HERE WE ARE!!

DEADLINES
- You must have your art and journal made by August 30th to participate!
- You must complete your MYO by September 10th - after that, the MYO is voided!

ENTRY RULES
- To enter, make a poll or journal (no statuses) advertising the event AND draw another user's Volysse! There is no skill level required - just take a look around the masterlist and check out people's characters!
- You must be a member of the group!
- First time owners (people who have never owned a Volysse before) can draw any existing Volysse owned by anyone! Here is a comprehensive list:

- Returning owners can draw any admin-owned Volysse! Volysse admins are: cvrryspice , cthonicsquid , Chamoemile , freddiethefantastic , lainert , neptuneveins , faithfullyspooky , and taakovitz ! There's a folder for that on the masterlist account!
- For returning owners, you can draw your Volysse and the other person's Volysse interacting, but it's advised to ask before doing so except in the case of Aire (species mascot) who's always happy to meet new people!!!
- Drawings must be:
- At minimum, cleaned sketches
- Minimum flat colors with an attempt at patterns (volies can get complicated so complete accuracy isn't required!)
- If chibi, fullbody
- If regular proportions, halfbody (starting at scale boundary) minimum
- For an extra uncommon trait, join the Volysse discord (join link ) and tell us what your dA username is!

MYO RULES
- You do not need to use the two (three if joined discord) uncommon traits, but you cannot use more than two (three if discord) uncommon traits OR traits higher than uncommon!
- List all traits when turning your MYO in for approval! This includes the specific species of fish your Volysse's tail is based off of!
- Bases are OK! You may use cvrryspice 's official bases for this MYO event, but ONLY for your MYO event Volysse design. Credit cvrryspice for their bases if used.

- Do not post to Deviantart or Toyhouse without approval! Please use sta.sh or a private cloud storage program (such as google docs, dropbox, or onedrive) if sta.sh does not cooperate with you!
- Designing your Volysse's terrarium (house in the clouds; password is ofishial) is not necessary, but it's cute and I'd love to see what you do ;3c
- You may not sell your MYO for money or AB vouchers! However, trading and gifting is OK!
- Always credit me for the species!

- Choose a fish for the tail base! There can be repeats of fish, so don't worry if the one you like has already been used. The location where the fish lives is what determines the rarity, not quantity, type, or size of fins, so a sailfish is still the same rarity as a common minnow.
- Note: the last tail fins are always replaced by wings. You cannot have both.
- Choose wings! Wings are always transparent. These do not have to be based off of a real insect, bat, or bird, but can be stylized as you like as long as they fit into the general category. Think of them like glass!
- Do whatever you like with the tail, skin, and wing colors and patterns! Simple and complex, natural and unnatural, all is good and there are no rarities!
- The exception to this is spikes, horns, and trails which do in fact have color rarities! Spikes and horns are only available as colorless prisms with uncommon traits, and spikes and horns coun
