I wasn't exactly implying I thought Jason or Kimberly were the Phantom Ranger, I had just included them since they were in the movie (ergo part of the season). My personal belief on his identify is that Phantom Ranger was an Eltarian, perhaps Zordon's son.

Ah, well maybe he was just wish that they would have said who he was, maybe Judd Lynn can do that in an episode of Dino Charge or a future series as well as tie up other loose ends like terra venture and other things that have issues in the plot.

Possibly, and I hope they do. Although I believe they ended up saying they'd have made him Billy in the end or something...let me see, I believe it's on the PR wikia on Phantom Ranger's page.

Billy is off world and the phantom ranger was said not to be eltarian on space. Billy could be the ranger but that would make him cheat on Cestria with Cassie. Perhaps the ranger is an older Justin who traveled from the future and made up that alien ranger bs because he's smart enough to do that and even fool himself as kid. I can see Justin doing something like that especially since it looked like Justin and TJ might have been going at it for Cassie at some point so my guess is according to that super mega farts TJ won that battle.

Zordon, I'm not so sure, it would have made more sense for one of the original five, Rocky or Aisha to be the phantom ranger that falling for cassie has to be a ruse.Aisha really has the best shot at it because she's technically a ghost in ranger canon or Billy because he's already off world and needs alien powers to sustain himself, Zordon wouldn't need the ruby.

Original Five (tommy is an addition he wasn't there when Zordon gave jason the power and you cannot do pr without Jason) then Rocky or Aisha was what I meant sorry if I confused you. I regard Trini as dead due to someone not being very peaceful at that peace conference forcing her to morph because they were evil of their own free will and it cost her the ultimate price (as I think that light sword just copies powers and not transfers them) Zack could be but he's working with the Beetleborgs as a friend right now is my theory about him. Jason already had his fun as the gold ranger for a little bit. Tommy's off studying so he can't be on active duty same with the others except for maybe Adam but he probably decides to be as far away from Angel Grove as possible and most likely would have told Justin about the phantom ranger thing if he were as would the other three he worked with, it has to be someone he either never worked with or maybe just maybe his future self, but that would be kinda squicky as Cassie' s 3 years older than him which might be a bit too big of an age gap if the cassie romance is real and not a hoax if it's a hoax then ex-ranger Rocky could be the phantom ranger or Aisha could be pretending to be a dude and planning something to only tell someone she truly trusts.
