This design was also completed back in 1995. If Cyclonus was supposed to look like a knight, then Scourge was definitely designed to look like a wizard. I made him very thin and odd looking in the over all visual. And by the way, that thing on Scouge's head is supposed to be a "sensor needle".This design did make it into my Decepticon Group Shot: [link]
