Description
This is the third promo ad for my own comic Ultra Violet. It was also going to be the cover for the first issue. This piece was done around 1999.

The character are colored in photoshop. The background is done with color pencils & water color. I generally don't enjoy working on covers for a comic book but I was very happy with the result.

The first issue is all done but has been sitting on the shelf for the past 10 years. One of the main problem is not knowing what format to release the comic in. The first issue was produced for print media but due to the decline of comic market, it became unprofitable to put it out as a printed comic. I have considered possibilities for online release in the recent years.
