Annnother Shantae drawing. Mostly this has just been something I chipped away at when I was bored. I was trying out some new techniques and getting a little more practice with my tablet, so this has got a lot of mistakes and little errors in it. Not a lot but enough for me to be midly unhappy with.This is also me trying to get better with my skills at drawing backgrounds as that's one of my new years resolutions.

PG movies used to get away with showing women naked back in the 80s (like in Splash and the Beast Master). In my opinion, this is NOTHING compared to that. Besides, cartoons can show the bare butts of little boys without getting rated more than Y7/PG (Dexter's Laboratory and Steven Universe) so again, this perfectly fine compared to what they could show.
