I really like this work. I mean to the point of envious appreciation. I'd consider keeping the sketchy look it looks really good as is. I've seen alot of web comics that do the sketchy look and it just works especially with your style. If you ever care to, check out [link] . He has a similar style and a crazy awesome imagination that I think you'd like.
