Life for hybrids had always been difficult, despite this Wulfram's family still pulled through. One day while going through the market while browsing for food to buy, Wulfram noticed a small bear that inmediatly got his attention on a small wooden kiosk, so, he came closer to grab it, but when he did, the old woman who owned the place called him out, she told him to leave, but he just ignored her and took the bear to look at it. The woman became angry and started insulting him, telling him that only PEOPLE who could afford to buy her things where allowed.
She snatched the bear from his hands and pushed him away, he really liked the bear and he was just a child so he didn't really understand why the woman acted that way. So he tried to grab the bear, she just got angrier and angrier and at the point at which Wulfram started crying for it she hit the boy's face and told him to shut up, a lot of people turned to the scene, and Wulfram's mother, who was previously buying vegetables at another stall realized what was happening and ran to his aid, His mother started fighting verbally with the woman, then words turned to punches and things got out of hand, her mother's instincts kicked in and she attacked the woman, leaving her to bleed on floor, she inmediatly realized what she had done, and took his son's hand to flee the scene, while feeling the gaze of the other people at the market.

A few days after the incident, his mother gave him a present, inside was the bear he had previously been looking at, he couldn't believe it. A big smile spread across his face and he hugged her. They kept a low profile for weeks, until one night, while Wulfram was sleeping, he heard a loud bang come from downstairs, this woke him up and he cautiously walked down the stairs, there he saw his altered mother blocking the front door. He asked him why she acted like that, and she inmediatly grabbed his hand, and took him to the basement, she hid him behind cardboard boxes. Before leaving, she hugged him tightly and told him "No mather what you hear, please, PLEASE... don't go outside" she then got up and walked to the door, before she could leave Wulfram told her she loved her and she returned the words with a sad smile.

He could hear the door being opened, loud and heavy footsteps followed whoever was entering the house, a man's voice argued with her mother, his mother turned into a wolf to defend him and herself, a fight ensued. Both of them struggled, then, a gunshot was heard.
The man left the house and slammed the door, after a few minutes of anciously waiting for his mom to return, he finally came out. He was met with a gruesome sight, His mother laid dead on the ground. He called out to her, and started to shake her, she didn't respond. He laid on the ground next to her. After a few hours Wulfram's father came home from work, he noticed the door was unlocked and entered the house in a hurry. He saw his wife on floor in a puddle of blood and saw she had been shot, he saw wulfram laying next to her.
His father was crying and shouting, he woke up, his father grabbed him by the shirt, "What happened here?!, Why didn't you protect her?!"
Wulfram stayed in silent "Your mother is dead because of YOU!". He yanked him by the hand and locked him on his room.

After his mother died, things were different, he barely was given food to eat and his father started drinking heavily, he was fired from his job. One time after Wulfram had escaped from his room to find food, his drunk father punished him by locking him on the basement. Now, everytime his father came from home drunk, he would get beaten up, he was always scared when he heard the door open. One night, his father came home, but this time things where different, he was angrier than usual, Wulfram was tired of always getting beat up and he defended himself, he bit his father's arm. His father hit him on the head, knocking him down.
when he woke up, he was tied up to a chair, his father started torturing him cutting his body with a knife, he tried to scream, but his mouth was covered, he could only cry as he endured the pain.

The Neighbor's child (Luka) who had often come to play with Wulfram, had come once again to ask his father if he could come out to play, he seemed annoyed and just closed the door on her, while wulfram had just been tortured almost half to death on the basement. She cimbed the tree next to his house and reached Wulfram's room, she saw he was missing, she was confused, and looked around the house windows in hope of finding him. No sign of him, she gave up and headed home, when she noticed a small window on the lowest side of the house, his father had forgotten about it and it was uncovered, Luka saw wulfram, she ran to her home crying and screaming telling her mom. The police was called and his father was taken away, Wulfram was taken to the hospital and by miracle, he survived.
