This cute little tailed fox was printed in PLA plastic with an Ultimaker2 3D printer. This particular unit was a prototype to test out various materials. Therefor I'm selling him for no more than the total costs I invested in it. This model was printed slightly too small so its not suitable to use as tea light decoration. However, it looks very nice on any LED display base as shown in the pictures ^^. So, if you want a cheap unit, this is your chance.Β
Please note that this item is not suitable for outdoor use. The material can't handle hot temperatures so using real tea lights or candles is NOT recommended! Only meant to be used with LED light! The display base shown is not included with the fox. You will receive the exact same unit you see in the pictures

LED's are all around. Its not hard to find them in local stores or on the web. You can get LED display bases at most lighting stores.

Yeah, 3D printers are still rather expensive (unless you build one yourself, which a lot of people do) and actual printing isn't cheap either.

It was invented here so we might be a little more advanced here when it comes to 3D printing. However, its spread all over the world. I know some people in the US who own one.

How hot is too hot of a temperature?

Well that's a whole heap of vague, candle flames are actually unbelievably hot.
So rephrase, would exposure to 45-60C ambient heat be bad.

The person I had it print just menntioned this to me. LED lighting is just recommended because it doesn't give off any heat.
