Oh Wow, by clicking the link I see you actually use indesign. I have never heard of anyone drawing in it before! impressive!

Did you base this off a certain breed? It's very colorful, and the lines look smooth...=3 Squee...I am a big tarantula fanatic! Parents, of course, hiss at the idea.
"Hey, can I have a -"
"No."
"Well, what if I keep it -"
"No."
"Maybe I can buy a -"
"No."
*sigh*

What an amazing design! Arachnids may scare the hell out of me, but I can still respect them and appreciate their design... and this red-knee tarantula is a real beauty. I can tell that a lot of detailed work went into this, especially in her fine layer of "fur." Definitely well-worth the time and patience (and it made a lovely tattoo, too).

I can tell that it was extremely time-consuming! Patience is a virtue for the artist (and it's something I continually struggle to work on).

Hey hey hey! Tattoo is scheduled for August 13th at 5:30 PM. He thinks he can (if I allow him to make it large enough) do your vector justice. He figures it will be 2 or 2.5 hours of work (not including the prep work he will do before I get there).
I am thinking my calf since he is looking at about 5 inches worth of tattoo. What do you think?

5 inches are 12,7 cm? if so, i think that would be a good size. like original size, or?! if you place it on the shoulder, it would look soo real i guess....very nice, i'm really looking fwd to see the result

I had not considered that. Hmmmmmmm. I was leaning toward the back of my calf, but shoulder might work too.

calf will be absolutely painful,...i like that place too, but i wouldn't be man enough for it,...lol
i thought about the bladebone (?) but that's your decision, think well about it, cos it will be forever

Tuishimi In reply to cybaBABE [2008-07-08 09:25:36 +0000 UTC]
Already have one shoulder blade covered, and part of my back. I don't think it would fit well on the other shoulder blade.
As Spock once said, "pain is irrelevant."
