This photo was taken whilst walking around Stafford Castle. I know that his face is a little blurry, but I just thought he looked so noble so I had to put it up X3Oh, and that rather fetching coat he's wearing was given to us when we got him from the Retired Greyhound Trust
He's like a walking advert for them X-D

He's so beautiful! If I didn't have an Akita I'd probaly have some sort of Greyhoundish dog.

*very late answer*
Akitas are usually pretty calm, but they still need a lot of excersize (the're very good hunting dogs) and they are actally pretty tough and independent, since they were originally used for hunting/guarding/fighting, (but Hoshi is very nice most of the time^^). I guess they're the kind of dog you would want if you love to be outside all day long.
