gooni was a accident when scientists tried to make a different kind of feeder serum, but when they finished the serum a vile containing goodra dna extract fell over and the dna fell into the serum, contaminating it and the scientists thought it useless and threw it in a containment tank, but when they came back the next day they found something growing in the tank, a small goodra, very under developed so they rushed her into a maturation tank and allowed her to develop fully, watching the goodra grow larger and larger till she was fully grown and brought out of the tank, she cried and lays there on the floor as the scientists helped her to her feet and taught her how to walk and use her paws, helping to raise her like a normal pokemon but noticed she never begged for any food or water, they concluded that she had the serum running through her that kept her fed and hydrated, when she was smart enough to survive on her own they set her lose into the world, sad they failed in their first experiment but were happy about this happy accident.
