I have Peter from this set. I think he's real well done, and looks about as spunky and toony as he did in the show. I never really liked the 80s versions from Kenner. The Peter from that set looked like a drunk Ric Ocasek and Egon was completely all wrong. >.<

Yeah! didn't find them as cheap as I did in TK Maxx. But at least I get the team now! The most expensive was Janine, slimer, SamHain set £25! Peter was £12 and Winston was £15.

Worth it though to have the set. Didn't think they looked great on their own but altogether something just clicks and they look awesome as a team.

Yeah, They do look cool together. Might get me some more Retro action figures if the price is right. Only splash on the GB figures to get the set. Always the way finding cheap figures. got to get the set. I think they have stopped making the GB figures now. So got the rest before the go a bit crazy in price.

Yeah. I'll pass on them. Not wanting to pay silly prices. Bit annoyed at moment. I wanted a few figures from the Young Justice cartoon. But the larger better articulated ones. And now it turns out both size scales have been cancelled before I've even seen them in shops. I don't seem to have much luck lately with figures. Seems like the stores round here are full up of crappy little Marvel ones that are about the same size as GI Joes but not as posable. Marvel Universe, Avengers, Amazing Spider-Man. They all look like complete flimsy garbage.

I've not seen the cartoon to Young Justice. Any good? I heard they are stopping the figures, but i thought some have been relesed?

Haven't seen any figures here. Seen them on sale in the US. I just quite like the Batman figure in particular. The slightly larger better articulated one I mean. And yeah Young Justice is a good show. About the closest we've got to the old DCAU shows of Batman/Superman/Justice League and all that. Certainly better than any other superhero cartoon on at moment too. I tried a couple episodes of Ultimate Spider-Man and oh my god it's horrendously bad. Might actually be the single most annoying cartoon I've ever seen in my life. Well, that or Teen Titans...

Weird you ask that today. I saw a picture of Katy Manning on her twitter holding a couple of the prototypes and I tweeted her asking if they were real official figures and she replied saying yup and they're out in August. I got tweeted by Jo Grant.

Well there was some problems with Leelas gash. The one on her back. Plus i here limbs falling off and the use of wrong parts on the arms and legs. pfft. at the price they are charging they should be better.

Jeez that sucks. Yeah the prices for Classics is ridiculous and those quality control problems are inexcusable.
I had a weird dream last night. I was in a TK Maxx and they had shelves full of those Ghostbuster figures. All of them. And so many. But also they had a large Ecto-1 they could sit in. And completely to scale firehouse you had to build which ended up taller than the ceiling of TK Maxx. Very strange. Actually where I'm possibly moving to has a TK Maxx (and a Primark and Matalan, I won't be short of places to buy cheap decent clothing, hehe) so I'll be able to check in more often.
