I found one of them huge RoboCop figures in charity shop yesterday.Β  No accessories but least his hands are still there (which can be detached I suppose to change for weapons).Β  Battery area had corroded a little but I put new batteries in and he works great.Β  Very strange mouth 'animation' thing if you can call it there.Β  Still... he looks cool, towers above most of my figures (being that he's 12 inches, twice the size of my normal RoboCop figure) and I took a photo of him holding the mini-RoboCop (which came with the toy of his TV series car) in his palm which looks pretty cool.Β  I will upload later.

Yeah it's cool.Β  But I wish I could find this one www.robocoparchive.com/toys/to… and complete too. Β  Looks amazing especially for a mid-90's toy.Β  So shiny too and all those pieces that can come off and it's got electronics aaand it's 15 inches tall!Β  Must cost a fortune complete on eBay.

Nope.Β  And I kinda don't want to.Β  Cos I'd likely want it even more than the Christopher Reeve Superman or the Hugh Jackman Wolverine and Hot Toys are just to expensive to be toys.

I will never own a Hot toy. Not because I don't think they are great but WAY too expensive. If I won the lottery I would. hehe But I'm happy with my Neca Robocop.

Oh yeah, lottery winners can afford Hot Toys and can afford to actually plaaay with them without fear of not being able to afford another if they break.Β  Must be nice.

I know those hot toys are every delicate. I would be scared of braking them. You would think at that price they would be more durable. Not that I would got crazy playing with it just messing around to get a freat pose.

Yeah... bit misleading calling themselves Hot 'Toy's really.Β  Toys are to play with.Β

How come toys don't yet play with themselves (not in a dodgy way i mean)?Β  Why can't I buy a squad of GI Joes and a squad of Cobra... put them on the floor facing each other...and then watch them blast each other into oblivion?

Maybe one day! or with a bit of magic. But it may be a while as action figures are going backward in design with 5 points of articulation of the basic figures!

Ordered a 90's Toy Island RoboCop figure new in packaging.Β  Dunno if that's like the one you mentioned. Β  I think the auction said it's about 4 inches and has 9 points of articulation.Β  I hoping I can fit him inside KITT.Β  Half man, half robot and half car, half robot.

Yeah sounds like the Robocop figure I got. 9 points of artiulation. Its from RoboCop the Series. But itsnot bad. Should be great with KITT.

Yeah his head is a lil big and doesn't turn but he looks decent enough and fits in KITT nicely.
