Lydia Deetz's old school rival and the culprit behind Bug Face. Claire was annoyed with Lydia and Beetlejuice for constantly making her look stupid so one day when she saw Bug Face terrorizing the Deetz's and Beetlejuice, she decided to use that to take them down and get rid of them using animatronic spider legs and jet powered wings she made herself to sell herself as Bug Face.

Clues:

She left behind make up and a strand of blonde hair.

Bug Face was still in the Netherworld according to Juno, which is what tipped off Beetlejuice that this Bug Face was an imposter.

Claire says like a lot, something the real Bug Face never does.
