Supposed New York reports state allegedly that a local sewer worker discovered a supply of canisters of radioactive waste but was accidentally exposed to the substance and was mutated into a large humanoid cockroach which is rumored to roam the dark sewer system deep below New York City.

This mystery guest stars the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

They are from another dimension and accidentally end up in New York in the gang's dimension because of Donatello's experimental portal stick.
