The Smog Spectre

There once was a man named Christian Robertson. He was a man who lived his life working at the local factory One night, whilst repairing one of the machines, he accidentally hurted himself, before falling into a container full of acidic chemicals. His body burned down, leaving only his skeleton left. However, his spirit was still living, and full of anger, so he possessed his skeleton, and fused with most of the acidic smokes and chemicals into the Smog Spectre, so he could unleash his anger and hatred upon those whom he despised.

Abilities; Control over smog and hazardous smoke, can fly, can turn into a cloud of smoke.
