Species: Human / Mutant alligator snapping turtle

Abilities: Snapping jaws, sharp teeth and claws, and brute strength

At the start, Chris and Toph were two of Shredder's most ruthless and cunning students in the Foot Clan ranks. After the Foot stole some animals from the Bronx Zoo, just like Bebop and Rocksteady, Chris and Toph were subjected to being transformed by Baxter Stockman under Shredder's orders into powerful and vicious mutants via mutagen. Chris and Toph were then mutated into a mutant wolf and snapping turtle respectively and given the names Rahzar and Tokka. Unlike Bebop and Rocksteady, Rahzar and Tokka take their jobs very seriously and are quite the fierce opponents when facing the Turtles.
