The Headless Prom Queen

In 1989, Tamara Williams was an average teenage girl who attended her yearly high school prom and was crowned Prom Queen. But the crowning turned out to be a prank involving her getting kitchen grease dumped on her. Mocked and laughed at, Tamara back up on the stage, mortified and humiliated, until she lost her footing and fell off the stage. As she fell, one of her heels flew off her foot and smashed a hanging light above, causing it to shatter to pieces. As the glass pieces fell, one large piece fell on Tamara, decapitating her. Following the horrible incident, the school covered it up, labeling it as an urban legend. However, the headless ghost of Tamara appears every 20 years on prom night, to wreak her horrible vengeance.

Abilities: Able to faze through solid walls and objects, can throw her ghost head, sharp claws
