A new genderbent reimagining of The 10,000 Volt Ghost....

Ella Voltner was a technician at the local electrical plant who was assigned to fix a down powerbox during a horrible storm. But before he could fix it, a blast of lightning hit the area, causing the main transformer to combust. Voltner was never seen since and his body was never recovered. However, Voltner returns one night later but as a horrifying and vengeful ghost with a body composed of ten thousand volts of pure electricity and a hunger for power.
