The Pet Snatcher

The Pet Snatcher was once an 18th century horror story about a vile devilish man named Howard Vuldoon who kidnapped, tormented and sold the stolen pets of many innocent people into slavery. Many of the stolen pets were eventually recovered but Vuldoon Escaped capture and is said to still lurk about every tenth decade in search for pets to lure and capture.
