The Demon of Monster Park is
Felicia Eekerstein
Who wanted to buy oil off the land the park is on and built the demon costume to do it.

Trifector is
Dr. Cochran
Who wanted to obtain fame by causing fear and paranoia in town for a book he was planning to become famous from.

The Pool Zombie is...
Eva Thomas
Who wanted to steal the swimming contest trophy due to not winning all the time as well as get back at Jay and Daphne for ruining a past prank of hers.

The Gator Ghouls are
Gene and Natalie
Who are actually wanted treasure smugglers posing as a honeymooning tourist couple who were after Moonscar's treasure and kidnapped the youngest descendant of Moonscar to help them find it. This in turn pissed off the Southern Huntsmen and they paid the ultimate price.
