Personally, I call her Derpy, as do a very large portion of the fanbase. I honestly don't even care about 4chan, nor did I have it in mind when I made this picture. I do see your point in that "Derpy" is an odd name that doesn't quite fit in-universe, but still, it has an awkward charm to it that I can't help but like. Besides, the day is called "Derpy Day" anyway.
