Just another pretty random idea. I've been smoking as a chimney for 10 years, and then quit - i've been through this hell of nicotine abstinence
I can't say i became a very friendly person for that time... And what about the Smoker, who's not mr. Nice Guy at all - i guess he could eventually turn into tentacle monster if he finishes off his nicotine supplies.Generally inspired by my fav tentacle hentai 'Urotsukidoji'

Good luck. It's sure hard to stop smoking (not that I smoke, but my mother does. With my asmha and alergy, if I ever put a cigarette in my mouth, I'm a goner).
