I drew jumper again, and she somehow wound up looking like that one meme where the kid screams "Don't fuck with me, I have the power of God and anime on MY side!"

Anyways, context. Jumper is indeed an electric hedgehog. However, she can only conduct and store electricity, rather than generate it, or even really control it. Her body still can't handle the power surging through her, so it's incredibly painful to take too much electricity in, as well as control it. Due to this lack of control, she'll often catch on fire. The cuffs on her wrists act as emergency batteries in case she runs out of power.
