F16 ,400 ISO Β shutter speed of 160' usually shoot at 250 but paint is thicker than water

Lol it helps. If your just stupid enough to not know what your doing, the relatively wide aperture allows the majority of any crown you capture to remain in focus

I was thinking that would be the most difficult because the crowns moving the whole time.

Used two speed lights set at 70mm and 1/64 at 45 degrees to the impact zone
