2380.Starfleet General Order 9500X:
Authorization is given to activate all 26 StarForce warships out of reserve.
In a post Dominion War defensive strategy, the Federation Council passed legislation to create StarForce, an emergency wartime armada composed Excalibur Class super dreadnoughts fitted with highly classified state-of-the art weapons technology. Each ship carries ten squadrons of Federation attack fighters.

Great idea, having a giant-sized weapon's POD atop these awesome Federation Excalibur Class Starship Dreadnoughts! I really hope to see more pictures of these particular Excalibur Class Starships with the giant-sized weapon's PODs! I really hope to see more of them very soon....keep up the great work!!
