So... it took awhile because of finals, holidays, and the like, but I finally finished! Just something I've been working on ever since Kenny's most recent death in "Bike Parade." Because Jeff Bezos ordered Alexa to kill him offscreen, we never really know just how he died.
Well, my guess is that he got put in the packaging area and wound up like Josh. But because he's much smaller than Josh, the box didn't compress him, and he instead slowly asphyxiates in there.
Do I really think that's what happened? I mean, it COULD. Did I mainly want an excuse to do a Binding of Isaac inspired pic of Kenny? Most definitely.
Regardless... R.I.P. Kenny #97 (2017-2018). Until Season 23, old friend.

I have the impression that Alexa merely zapped him. Kenny walks into the living room, Alexa takes sight of him, and you can guess what happens next. Your idea is possible also, the whole thing with him being boxed and dying of asphyxia.
Seeing this makes me think of Flaky’s death in Happy Tree Friends. In one episode, she gets killed by four other characters. It’s not shown how she gets killed, like we don’t see how Kenny gets killed. The reason the former’s death isn’t shown? Because it was considered too gruesome.
Is it possible that this was the case with Kenny also? Was it a very torturous, bloody, drawn-out, and agonizing demise that would make our ideas look tame? It’s scary to think about.
