Description
Yeah, I know... more old stuff. I just realized I don't have much anthro stuff here and this is one of the few I still like. This was a commission for my friend Kerry of his character, Flyfur.Marker and colored pencil on Bristol.
Flyfur (c) Kerry Binkley, 2003.

I love this! What kind of markers did you use here? I tend to use sharpies (cuz i can't afford the big brand stuff...LOL)

Those I believe were Microns. They aren't too expensive. Maybe $2 each at AC Moore or Michaels, and I think $10 or so for a set. Tip: both craft stores have 40% off coupons on their website each week. With that discount, you can get a set of Microns pretty cheap!
I use ZIG now, which can also be obtained from local craft stores.

I like the dynamic "jump-out-of-the-frame" pose.
The shading is beautiful, too

I really love the action shot...the frozen in time effect of this. Looks like whatever she's attacking doesn't stand a chance Nice job.

You did a really great work with this one, I love the background but after all the character, the action pose and agresive expresion, I simply love it, greetings Cybre

You know I probably should have commented on this long time ago. Although, I think I told you in person, several times already, how much I like that picture. The fact that I own it is just a really nice plus.

I just use a regular mechanical pencil, .05 size lead. I used Adobe Photoshop 6.0 to add the splash of color to the sketch, but normally I color using markers and colored pencils.
