Almost forgot that Spring has started down there. While we're getting the gray days of fall, many of you are probably on the beach...heck, I wish I could be down there around December to see one of those legendary "Santa on Waterskis"

You know, Marlene's "mundane, baseline form" is actually quite attractive. I like this--it's just a very pretty pic. Her face came out really well. It's just . . . nice!

Thanks, came together rather nice for what was a quick "gee, I need to submit something this week" images. Sometimes hard to make someone look just ordinary with a stylized art style, but don't mind her being a little hawt. Guess that's why stereotypes like glasses = nerds are so common in comics

The real clue was probably the fact the background wasn't rendered in line-art, thus more easily replicatable for multiple images
Sequence is in the works, using a new (to people who aren't me character) and some progression panels, thus the slowness

Thanks. Trying slightly different coloring/shading style. Still cheaping out on the backgrounds, opting to paint on the fly rather than draw them in. I seem to be relying on that, as the whole bracing with arm doesn't work without something to brace on...
