Formula Test 12344G - Full Dose

Test subject drank remaining half of GRX-1 vial, cellular transformation significantly more pronounced, extensive modification of body form, skin pigmentation, breast and muscle growth. Subject has grown tail and emergence of membranous wings. Extensive clothing damage, subject unaware or uncaring. Subject is aggressive, causing damage to test facility, little concern expressed as to safety of research team. Recommendation: Reversion of Subject to normal human baseline at earliest opportunity, further refinement and research into effects of GRX-1 prior to renewed human testing.
