During the war after Judgement Day within the ruins of a Skynet Tower that John Connor and the Resistance destroyed months ago, a group known as the "Rat Boys" scavenge for parts and resources in the Old Abandoned Factory, while gathering what they needed, they find an Inactive and Incomplete Model T-X Terminator left behind, they take it in to their Underground Hideout and put in a reprogrammed Special chip of their own to make it function again without Skynet tracing or taking over the machine, the T-X awakens in her new home with limited functions, the Rat Boys see potential in her and seek to restore her functions, she is missing most of her Inner Weapons and her Scanner is quite faulty not to mention she is missing the key component to her Endoskeleton which is the Polymimetic Alloy which is used to create the T-1000 Units (which is her skin) Without it her Endoskeleton is vulnerable and she cannot repair from severe damage, luckily her Endoskeleton is far superior than the other Models and can take more punishment

Because the T-X requires a Plasma Fusion Generator to keep going the Home-Made Fuel Cells the Rat Boys provide will only let her function for a few days before it has to be replaced, if damaged she will become dysfunctional, she also has to manage her energy in what she is doing, since she is missing her tools and weapons, the T-X uses other weapons and firearms the Rat Boys give her, once the capture a T-1000 which wasn't easy, they managed to reprogram it and integrate the T-X's chip into it so she may take control of it, after that she forms her body and looks from many women identities the Rat Boys provide her Catalogue Files, she created a look for herself and mimics some of the Rat Boys clothing making her own attire, when the Rat Boys manage to get parts and upgrade the T-X she will only use the weapons for emergencies as they take some energy from her core

The Rat Boys can continue to upgrade her and make her 100% or more, but require parts and plans from Skynet and their bases, a journey they begin to complete their Guardian T-X
