In a wild dimension where the power of the elements is strong, there exists a planet populated largely by a race of draconic people, Coco being one of them. She's the leader of the 'Kiryu Clan' a yakuza-like group of criminals that use their influence and might to keep worse crime off the streets while coming up with the occasional outlandish scheme to make huge amounts of money. By using her personal treasure, the 'Wanderer's Opal', Coco is able to traverse dimensions similar to Aki and has done so liberally in the past, sowing the seeds for a plan to use some kind of weather machine to control the seasons in multiple worlds - why? Ensuring good harvests, getting kids snow days off of school, basically anything was on the table if the price was right, and extending her dimension-hopping power to a giant robot would allow Coco easier access to the Angel Realm, where her close friend lives.

Something, however, seems to have gone very wrong. Due to an error regarding a particular component of the Weather Hacker robot and the unforeseen potential of its ability to stockpile energy, it went out of control and took its four linked machines - the Plasmagic Siphons - with it. Coco was corrupted by an excessive amount of Summer energy when she tried to deal with the errant Plasmagic Siphon: ECHO, warping her already larger-than-life personality into a mad empress who wants to do nothing but celebrate her own glory with a party that never ends... Someone has to put a stop to this chaos!

- The opal stone Hololive's Coco wears around her neck has been adapted into a 'macguffin rock' in a similar vein to the Phantom Ruby or Warp Topaz: It's ability centers around a theme of 'travel' and can create 'doors' to anywhere the user wants. It has winding history leading up to its discovery by Coco.

- Coco has something of a long-distance relationship with Kanata the Hamster, and she often warps to the Angel Realm on weekends when Kanata doesn't have school.
