An Archdemon is the rank given to those comparable to nobility, members of a distinguished clan rewarded for their underworldly contributions with reputation and affluence. Archdemons have a considerable say in how things are run, but the children of Archdemons find themselves in the troubling position of having to live up to a towering set of expectations set by their parents - this is where we find Towa. Despite her best efforts, Towa is clumsy and easily distracted, even if benevolent to a fault; she jumps at responsibilities to try and prove herself worthy of one day bearing her mother's title, but is as of yet underprepared.

Her faithful shapeshifting fairy, Bibi, is a gift from her mother that acts as a sort of guardian spirit to keep her safe while she's still finding her way through life. His whereabouts is one of two causes for concern in the Obsidian Caverns region when Sonic and Sora arrive there, the other being repeated attacks from a raging monster that lurks in the tunnels... Towa had asked Oga to come to her aid to see this crisis dealt with before her mother hears, but his troops have made little progress.
