I am done with you. I am tired of you. I am sick because of you. You bleed me of money and my health. You are a crutch and I don’t want you as my support. I want a future, I want my wife to be happy. I want to see my children grow. I want to sit on a porch and smile into my wife’s face as we enjoy our golden years. I hate the energy you take. I hate the way you linger. I hate the feel of you tugging me to you in the night. I hate myself for turning to you in times of stress. I am done with you. I want to breath and be free again.**I know this isn’t the best picture but its here for me, to remind myself of these things when I feel the pull and tug of addiction trying to take hold of me again. This part of my life needs to be over in order for me to have a future. Hope that makes some kind of sense to everybody**

Thank you and no its not blood its chocolate syrup just like they used to use in old black and white movies. If you have ever seen the Hitchcock movie Psycho, it was chocalate they used in the shower murder scene.

I am so proud of you right now. I lost my dad to throat cancer and my mother to heart disease within two months of each other. Cigarettes kill. Plain and simple. They hurt you, enslave you, and bring grief to the ones who will lose you way too early and senselessly.

I go to a college where more people start smoking than quit per term...
I started smoking here...
and it's just time to give it up...it's been time since I started.
That's the way I've always felt about it. So I need to stop being a hypocrite.

Its funny becasue I never wanted to smoke, I am nit sure at what point that changed but it did. I hate it, I really do. I dont like being addicted to anything and I am when it comes to smoking. Its rough going at the moment but I am sticking with it. Give it up now before it becomes a monkey on your back.

good use of fake blood for once 
although the image isnt nessescarily awe-inspiring, the content it holds is sure is thought-provoking... I too am stuggling with quitting.. and I'm really young so right now I'm not feeling the consequences as much...
I've been wanting to smoke a corncob pipe... and cigars.
but this image just reminds me what the end result is.

The funny thing is that isnt fake blood, not that its real either. Its an old black and white trick. Yeah this was mainly for myself to remind me of why I need to give this crap up. I tried cigars but could never really see why people liked them so much. Never got around to a pipe of any kind. If you can give it up now go for it becasue I can tell you it takes its toll.
