"Levi?"

"I saw you walking out here, is something wrong?" He asked

Levi didn't even know why he cared about how you were feeling, he didn't even know why he came out here looking for you.

"Oh it's nothing"

"Then why are you crying"

You lifted your hand and touched your face. It was true, you were crying. You wiped away the tears and looked at your feet.

"It's just, when he asked me if I had a family I felt broken inside. I never really had a real family. I didn't have many friends either at least, real friends. Whenever I went on missions everyone had friends and families, I felt so excluded. Everyone thought I was some kind of freak show."

Levi thought about what you said. He reached out and pulled your face up with his thumb and pointer finger so you looked him in the eyes.

"If it makes you feel better, most people here don't have families. The titans have taken their lives. Its our job to kill all of them so we won't have to suffer anymore losses. Here, you have to stay strong." He whispered.

You wanted to say something but you didn't know what to say. You took in his words. You have to stay strong, so these people will be free.

Since you didn't know what to say you just closed your eyes and nodded your head.

"How about we go do some training, see what you can do." Levi suggested.

You looked up at him and smiled. You could see a small smirk on his face.

"Your on"

Time Skip

"Have you ever used 3DMG before?"

"No, what is it?" You asked.

Levi pointed to the device around his waist.

"It's what we use to maneuver around trees and such when we're outside the walls"

"Interesting, how do you use it?"

Levi held the trigger for the wires in his hand and showed you how it worked, he also gave you a demonstration on how it worked going through a forest. He moved with speed a grace, weaving through the trees like he has been doing this his entire life. You watched in amazement as he sliced a fake titan neck, he looked like a spinning disc as he sliced through. He landed elegantly and turned to you. You gave him a round of applause as he tried to contain his laughter at your silliness.

"Bravo, bravo!" You cheered.

You jumped down from the tree you were standing on and walked up to him.

"Wow, your really good at this!" You praised.

"Thanks, I've been doing it for a long time"

Levi didn't know how to properly hold a conversation with you, he didn't want to be awkward and he didn't want to be boring.

"Maybe you could teach me sometime?" You asked

"I don't see why not, you are in the scouts so you have to know how to use it. Ill teach you tomorrow, deal?"

"Deal" You said and smiled.

After your training with Levi you decided to meet more of the people you would be with for a long time. You saw a group of three people standing around talking. You recognised the three to be Eren, Mikasa and Armin. You haven't seen them since you first got here. You ran up to them to get strike up a conversation. You called out to them and they immediately spotted you and turned their attention your way.

"Hey (f/n) what's up?" Asked Armin.

"Well, I was just training with Levi-" You were cut off by Eren.

"You got to practice with Levi! Just the two of you?"

You replied with a "Yes" You noticed Eren had a blush on his face and Mikasa must have noticed it too. She started giving you a death glare and you immediately felt uncomfortable. but Armin must have noticed.

"Oh, don't worry about Mikasa. She may seem mean at first but she will warm up to you." He assured you.

"Well I hope she does" You chuckled nervously.

"We better get going it's almost curfew" Armin said.

"Ok, see you tomorrow?"

"We'll save a spot for you at our table" Eren yelled to you as they were walking away.

"Thanks, see ya!" You yelled back.

You were walking back to your dorm but you heard a feminine voice call out your name.

"(f/n)! (f/n)!"

You turned around and saw a girl with brown hair pulled back into a ponytail. She finally caught up to you and spoke to you.

"Hello! My name is Sasha, we haven't really met each other but i'm having a little get together at my dorm tonight, it's girls only and I was wondering if you wanted to come?" Sasha asked.

"Sure! Where is your dorm?"

She told you the location of her dorm and when to meet there. You were really excited to go meet more people, the more friends the better. Right?

You walked to your dorm and decided to change clothes. Because you were training with Levi earlier and your suit wasn't very comfortable. You snapped your fingers and some smoke appeared. You haven't used your magic since you got here, truth be told you didn't use your magic a lot anyway. Sure it could be an easy way out in battle or something but winning because of your magic didn't satisfy you. You wanted to win a battle like a normal human being.

After the smoke cleared away your suit was on the floor and you were now wearing a white button up shirt with a (f/c) cardigan and black pants, along with (Whatever type of shoes you want). You hung up your suit in the closet and by the time you left the room it was now time to got to Sashas dorm.

Authors note: Oh my lord, I haven't updated in such a long time. But I hope to release the next update in the next week or so. I've gotten a lot more free time now because I don't have any projects to work on. Hopefully it stays that way! Au revoir!
