Color choices, balance and contrast... that's the hard part (and also highly subjective, each person having a different perception).
For example, I have tried more contrast on this one, but it looses its ethereal feel and becomes more solid, which was not of my liking, for this kind of subject based on transparency/diffuse light. I wanted to keep this ethereal and less focused effect.
But opinions may differ, and yours is very welcome
