It's nice to see another fractal in the 'Awakening' series - I remember the earlier ones being amongst the pieces that first got me interested in fractal art. The colouring is great - it's both instantly recognisable, and stands out in its own right from the other pieces in the series.

Unlike traditional art where you can move a line or change a color without altering the whole picture, the slightest change in a transform can change everything in a fractal, you're making fractals so you know what I'm talking about!
The Awakening is no exception and the difficult part is to incorporate new elements while trying to keep the style consistent with the other ones in the series.
So your statement "it's both instantly recognisable and stands out in its own right from the other pieces" is a great satisfaction for me because that's exactly what I have tried to achieve.
