Description

Piri finds an abandoned egg on the ground and decides to take care of it. She soon realizes that she cannot handle the responsibility on her own, so she turns to Harvey for help due to his reputation of being the most responsible kid in Littlebark. He agrees to help. The egg hatches to reveal…a bird…a primitive feral bird. Taking care of this primitive version of their own kind triggers long-lost, dormant, primitive instincts. They build a nest having absolutely no idea why they are doing so (which confuses and creeps them out). They begin to act and think like primitive (un-anthropomorphic) birds until the baby bird grows up.
