* The Simpsons Car pulls up to Echo Canyon.*
Homer: Well kids, here we are.
Eric: Where? Wienie Barn?
Maggie: Yum! I'll have a jumbo Corn Dog please.
Homer: No kids, we're at another scenic view point.
Maggie: Oh.
Homer: Everyone out of the car, NOW!
*Everyone got out of the car to stretch their limbs, while Hugo was looking into his comic book.*
Homer: *Snatches Hugo's comic* Gimme That! *Threw the comic over the ledge.*
Hugo: Great, now I'll never know what happened.
Marge: Oh, look kids. This canyon is famous for its echoes.
Homer: Well, what do you know.
Marge: Why don't we take turns yelling at the canyon. Bart, Since you're the eldest, you'll start.
Bart: Sure thing, mom. *clears throat and takes a deep breath.*
Lisa: BORING!!
Marge: LISA!
Eric: Uh, mom.
Maggie: Daddy?
*Alice sucks her pacifier, tugs on Homer's pants and shows him what she and the younger twins were trying to say.*
*Homer turns to find Hugo standing on a boulder.*
Hugo: Cool, man.
Homer: HUGO!
Hugo: Whoa! *Fells off the boulder as it rolls down.*
*The rest of the Simpsons saw the incoming boulder heading towards their car.*
Bart: *screams like a girl*
*The boulder went over the car and landed into the canyon.*
Bart: *sighs in relief.*
*Hugo looked and wave at the others,*
Bart: (calmly) Father, may I?
Homer: Go ahead, Bart.
Bart: Thanks, *turns towards his twin brother.* Why you, little.
*Bart charges and Hugo ran with Bart chasing him.*
Bart: HUGO!! *voice echoes*
Hugo: WHAT?! *Voice echoes*
Bart: YOU'RE A GONER!! *Voice echoes*
Hugo: DON'T HAVE A COW, BART!! *Voice echoes*
Marge: What a remarkable echo.
Eric: Whatever you say, mom.
*Homer, Marge, Lisa, Eric, Maggie, and Alice got out their books and started reading while Bart chases Hugo.*

Practice... lots of practice... I also occasionally manipulate screenshots and CLEANLY trace over it (but that still take a lot of practice)

Haha Yeah I remember that scene from the short, it was hilarious. You've rendered it perfectly on model in modern Simpsons style, I especially love the facial expressions, not only of Lisa, but also of her parents.

back then She was just a Female version of Bart, her first appearance as a SEPARATE character, with a personality of her own, was in Moaning Lisa (yes, she did have some scenes of being supersmart before, but considering the quote 'I am familiar with the Works of Pablo Neruda', I don't think it counts)
